Let’s be real for a second: my absolute main job, my highest calling, and my daily dose of wonderful madness is being a full-time mommy to my five incredible kids—three boys and two girls who keep me on my toes and fill my heart to the max! They are my entire world, my loudest cheerleaders, and the fire that keeps me pushing forward every single day.Back in 2013, I happened upon Scentsy and it was instant, head-over-heels love. The fragrances completely transformed my home, but by 2015, a flip switched inside me. I didn't just want to buy the products; I wanted to build an empire. I realized how deeply I believed in this company, and I was ready to take total control of my life, be my own boss, and call the shots! That was also the exact year I welcomed my first son, Sebastian. He became my ultimate inspiration to dive headfirst into something new so I could stay home to catch every milestone while bringing home an income for my family.Starting out was definitely rocky. I worked my tail off, crushed my very first goal, and completed my PRV for the month—yay! But the next two months threw me for a loop. They were daunting, I struggled to hit my PRV, and my account got deactivated. I was devastated because Scentsy had quickly become a true passion and something that gave me so much joy.I stepped away for two years, but Scentsy never left my mind. I missed the work and the experience so much that I finally picked up the phone, called support, and reinstated my account.Life kept moving, and I actually ended up stepping away again for a few years. Last fall, I decided to make a comeback, but I quickly got discouraged. I expected to jump right back to where I left off overnight, and when that didn't happen, I let the frustration get to me and stepped back once more.But looking back now, I’ve had a major breakthrough. I’ve learned something invaluable: it is really not about how many times we fail. Failure isn't a dead end. It’s just a teacher showing us exactly how to get where we need to go, setting up our ultimate success for the future.
